First Line of Defence.
Every AGSC guard — whether ex-military, ex-police or a new civilian recruit — completes structured training before any deployment. We don't place guards. We deploy professionals.
Our Training Philosophy
An Untrained Guard Is a Liability. A Trained Guard Is an Asset.
Most security companies in Pakistan operate as guard placement agencies — they find a person, give them a uniform and send them to a site. When something happens, that guard has no idea what to do.
AGSC was built on the opposite principle. Before a guard sets foot on any client's premises, they have passed a background check, completed structured training under Islamabad Police, earned secondary qualifications in fire safety and first aid, and been briefed specifically on the site they are being deployed to.
This is not just about compliance. It's about ensuring that every person wearing an AGSC uniform can be trusted to respond correctly in any situation — routine or emergency.
Module 01
📋 Pre-Deployment Screening & Induction
Before a guard is allowed to attend training, they must pass AGSC's screening process. This is non-negotiable — no guard is deployed who has not been cleared.
Criminal record check and character verification through official channels.
Minimum two verifiable references from previous employers or community leaders.
Basic medical fitness assessment to confirm physical suitability for security duties.
CNIC, education certificate and any previous service documents verified.
Interview conducted by AGSC management to assess temperament, communication and professionalism.
Successful candidates complete a formal AGSC induction covering company values, code of conduct and operational standards.
Module 02
👮 Islamabad Police Training Programme
AGSC conducts its structured security training in partnership with Islamabad Police. This gives every guard formal, externally validated training — not just internal instruction.
Understanding of Pakistani law as it relates to security personnel — powers, limitations and responsibilities.
Standardised procedures for managing entry, exit, visitor logging and access restriction.
Formal patrolling protocols including route variation, checkpoint signing and hazard identification.
Clear instruction on when and how force may lawfully be applied — and the legal consequences of excessive force.
How to write formal incident reports, guard logs and shift handover documentation.
Radio communication, chain-of-command reporting and client communication standards.
Module 03
🔥 Fire Safety Certification
Every AGSC guard holds a fire safety qualification as a secondary certification. In an emergency, every guard on site is a capable first responder — not just a bystander.
Understanding classes of fire and how each type must be handled differently.
Hands-on training with CO2, dry powder and foam extinguishers.
How to guide personnel out of a building safely — including those with mobility limitations.
Managing assembly points, accounting for all personnel and communicating with emergency services.
Identifying fire hazards during routine patrols — electrical faults, blocked exits, improper storage.
Actions to take in the first three minutes of a fire before the fire brigade arrives.
Module 04
🩺 First Aid Qualification
A secondary qualification held by every AGSC guard. When an incident occurs, waiting for an ambulance can mean the difference between life and death — AGSC guards are trained to act.
Certified cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique with practical assessment.
Controlling bleeding, applying dressings and managing open wounds until medical help arrives.
Identifying and managing shock — one of the leading causes of preventable death after an incident.
Basic immobilisation of suspected fractures to prevent further injury during evacuation.
Back blows and abdominal thrust technique for conscious and unconscious choking victims.
How to brief paramedics on arrival — what happened, what was done and the victim's current condition.

📹 CCTV & Access Control
Selected guards receive specialist CCTV and access control training — preparing them for deployment in control room, monitoring and technical security roles.
Operating DVR and NVR systems, managing camera views, switching and recording protocols.
How to identify and flag suspicious behaviour, unusual movement and security incidents on camera feeds.
Correct procedure for preserving and exporting CCTV footage for incident investigations.
Operating card-based and biometric access control systems, managing access levels and generating reports.
Shift handover, log maintenance and communication protocols for control room operators.
How control room operators communicate with on-site guards and coordinate rapid response.

🎪 Event Security
Specialist training for guards assigned to event security deployments — covering the unique challenges of managing large crowds in dynamic environments.

Zero tolerance for lateness. Relief guards dispatched before a scheduled guard fails to report.
📵 Mobile Phone Discipline
No personal mobile phone use while on post. Communication through authorised AGSC channels only.
📝 Post Log Maintenance
All events, visitor entries and incidents logged accurately. No blank logs — a blank log is a failed shift.
🚫 Zero Misconduct Policy
No harassment, no alcohol, no accepting gratuities from clients. Breaches result in immediate dismissal.
🔄 Shift Handover Protocol
Formal handover at every shift change. Incoming guard briefed on current status before outgoing guard leaves post.
