AGSC was established to fill a critical gap in Pakistan's private security landscape: the absence of a structured, professionally managed security services company in the capital. Most security firms operate as simple guard-placement agencies — deploying untrained personnel without supervision, coordination or accountability.

AGSC was built differently. From day one, the company was structured around the operational principles of the armed forces and police — chain of command, site management, daily briefings, inspections and incident reporting. Every deployment is managed, not just staffed.

Organisational Structure

From Guard to Area Supervisor — A Clear Chain of Command.

Every AGSC deployment has defined reporting lines. Guards report to Supervisors. Supervisors report to Area Supervisors. Area Supervisors coordinate with the 24/7 Control Room. Nothing is left unmanaged.

Basic Guard

The frontline of every deployment. Trained, vetted and operationally briefed before site assignment.

Armed Guard

Licensed for armed duty at banks, high-value sites and legally authorised locations.

Senior Guard

Experienced guard with secondary qualifications (CCTV, first aid, fire safety) who mentors junior personnel on site.

Site Supervisor

Manages 10–15 guards per site. Responsible for daily attendance, briefings, inspections and direct client liaison.

Area Supervisor

Oversees multiple sites within a zone. Conducts surprise inspections and escalates issues to management.

Control Room Operator

The operational backbone — monitors all deployments 24/7, dispatches relief forces and communicates with clients in real time.
